Screening by using a transparent ring method, we obtained a chitinase producing Actinomycetes G8. Shake-flask experiment indicates that G8 gains great cell wall degradation capacity of the Aspergillus nidulans. 通过透明圈法筛选获得一株高产几丁质酶的放线菌G8,摇瓶试验结果表明降解菌G8对废渣中的构巢曲霉菌丝体细胞壁具有良好的降解效果。
